Briggs has always been a reliable quarterback. He took a big jump this season. He is a very efficient thrower that is extremely accurate. He was asked to do more this season and he met the challenge. He showed he has the ability to push the ball downfield. His elite ball placement and accuracy is still just as good on deep balls. He is also athletic enough to get out of the pocket and make throws on the move.

Briggs has been making a name for himself since last season and we finally got him in his respective spot in the rankings. Briggs led the powerhouse Quince Orchard Cougars to the state championship last season and looks to be on his way to another visit to the big game. He currently holds one offer from Robert Morris University. With all the D1 prospects on QO’s roster it’ll be a surprise if more programs don’t realize his talent. He could arguably be the most accurate QB in this 2023 class, putting the ball in great spots for his talented play makers to show their skills. Through 7 games he was 46/65 for 800+ yards and 15 touchdowns.
