The first look I got from a Nebraska prospevt in attendance at the USF Prospect Camp was Lincoln Northwest 2027 Sammy Jurgens Sammy Jurgens 5'11" | 170 lbs | QB Lincoln Northwest | 2027 State NE . The 5’10 165 pounder showed off the athletic traits recording a 4.25 pro agility in Sioux Falls on Friday night. Although not the biggest quarterback you might have seen in attendance, Sammy showed off the quick release that had some success on the intermediate routes I watched him throw on. He also showed off good and growing poise with some fo the throws I watched in Sioux Falls inside the pocket. One that I feel you go outside the measurables threshold for at the QB position as Sammy looks like a Saturday prospect in my eyes.

This was my first time watching Lincoln Northwest QB Sammy Jurgens Sammy Jurgens 5'11" | 170 lbs | QB Lincoln Northwest | 2027 State NE in person, and I could say I was very impressed with how far he’s come since the end of his junior season. He looked very comfortable and poised, leading the Falcons’ offense while consistently making the right reads and keeping the ball out of harm’s way. Sammy’s arm strength and accuracy have also improved as he throws a very catchable ball with great placement to all levels of the field. He can also throw with zip when throwing into tight windows or with touch as he tries to airdrop the ball into the receiver’s hands. Sammy has made some big moves this offseason and will only continue climbing!
