is a talented passer from Gadsden City who’s seen his recruitment take off this past week.
“Sollie already has some impressive skills as a passer- he has serious arm strength he uses to push the ball downfield and fit it through tight windows, consistently making tough throws all around the field.
I’m really impressed with how quickly Sollie gets the ball out. He’s a good decision-maker with the ball and can quickly scan the field and hit his targets right after the snap. Sollie has a ton of potential for Gadsden City’s offense going forward. He can make some huge plays from the pocket and off script- it’s going to be exciting watching him over the next few years.“
Sollie has been on fire this month, adding new offers from Mississippi State, Florida, Boston College, and several others.
It’s awesome to see Sollie get the attention he’s picked up recently. He’s been a talented piece of Gadsden City’s offense the last few years and is sure to have another big year ahead this fall.

Yesterday, Sollie picked up a new offer from Samford!
I think with his talent and tape, more offers will soon be headed his way. We all need to make sure to watch for him this coming season. He’s been really impressive through his first two years.

I highlighted Sollie earlier this month, and in a 2028 QB class that is still taking shape, he is someone to monitor closely. He has a tall, lean frame with room to fill out. Just a smooth, clean evaluation, which will help him consistently stand out in this class. Clean throwing mechanics with the ability to tap into different velocities and trajectories. Tough player in the pocket with the athleticism needed to evade pressure. D1 QB prospect here to track.

Sollie is easily one of the most traitsy, cleanest QB evals in Alabama’s 2028 class. He has a prototype frame with room to pack on weight. He has quick, clean throwing mechanics and taps into different trajectories and velocities depending on the throw. He is a slick enough athlete to skate around the pocket. He flashes some toughness as well, frequently hanging back on taking on contact as he throws. Could definitely see some major recruiting attention come his way this offseason.

I was very impressed with Sollie. The 6’3 Soph QB was poised in the pocket and had outstanding accuracy and delivered the ball into tight spots 40+ yards down the field. A fast decision maker that gets the ball out of his hand quick. He had 3 TD throws that covered 50+ yards and fit those passes into a tight window. The Soph had a very efficient night completing 8 of 11 passes for 255 yards with 3 TDs. Sollie is already ranked as the #5 QB in the 2028 Class and if Friday is any indication the sky is the limit for this young man.
