Expert Analysis
Matt Tate | Prep Redzone Scout
Iglesias has had himself a great senior season, and is looking to continue into the playoffs. The 5’11 180-pound wide receiver has 24 receptions for 359 yards and 6 touchdowns. He has good athletic ability due to very good speed, change of direction, good acceleration, and jumping. Good release at the line of scrimmage. Quick cuts into his route, with good separation quickness. Iglesias has very good ball tracking and catching skills. Very good body control, and adjustment to the ball in flight. If you need a catch, he’s your guy. He uses his strong hands to hold onto the ball while taking big hits instantly after the catch. After the catch, he uses his very good juke move to create space for extra yards. I’m excited to see how he does against Fort Collins, in Legend’s first playoff game of the season.

Iglesias is a name you’ll want to remember heading into the 2025 season. A polished route runner, Iglesias consistently finds ways to create separation with his footwork, as well as speed in and out of cuts. He’s the kind of receiver who can keep the chains moving and operate both inside and outside the numbers. His versatility makes him a matchup headache for defenses. Once the ball is in his hands, Iglesias is tough to bring down, often picking up extra yardage with his physicality. As he continues to refine his game and grow stronger, expect Iglesias to become a go to target and an under the radar recruiting name to know in the class of 2026.
