What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?
I believe one of my biggest strengths is being coachable and athletic. I work hard to learn every detail my coaches teach me and then use my speed, strength, and explosiveness to make it show up on the field. I’m always looking for ways to improve because I know the best players never stop learning. I play fast, physical, and with a high motor, and I let my film speak for itself. I know I still ha
What are you working to improve right now?
I have been putting in extra work on my footwork and hand technique because I know those details separate good players from great players. As a defensive end, winning starts with my first step, my ability to stay balanced, and having the right hand placement to defeat blocks. I’ve been focusing on improving my pass rush moves, timing, and using my hands with more purpose so I can be a more complet
What are you looking for in a college program?
What is important to me in a college program is finding a place where I can continue to grow as a football player and as a person. I want to be around coaches who believe in developing their players, a team that has a winning culture, and a program that pushes me to become the best version of myself. I’m looking for a place where hard work, discipline, and commitment are valued, and where I can co
Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?
Outside of football, I want coaches to know that I am someone who values hard work, discipline, and being a good teammate. I take pride in being a student athlete and understanding that success comes from doing the right things every day, not just when people are watching. I enjoy competing in other sports because they have helped me become a better athlete and teammate. I’m always looking for way
What do you want to study, and what career interests you?
I am interested in studying supply chain management because I like understanding how things work, solving problems, and finding ways to make processes more efficient. I’m interested in how companies move products from the beginning stages all the way to the customer and how teamwork, planning, and leadership play a role in that process. A career in supply chain would allow me to use my problem-sol

I am going to call him Mr. Bennett cause he looked like a man amongst boys week 1. He looked almost unstoppable and could not be blocked at the DE position. With Ryans build and motor, he eats up so much space right at the snap of the ball. With his strength and athleticism also comes his IQ. He did a great job of not rushing too far up field on fakes but instead keeping perfect gap integrity striking when the time was right. His technique was also on point as he did a great job fighting with nice hand placement and shedding blocks like nothing. Ryan ended with 3 sacks, 2 TFLs and 2 solo tackles in only ONE HALF of the football game!
Ryan represents a super under recruited area in general, but make no mistake-this dude can play! He has a truly relentless motor. Bennett plays to the whistle on every down. I love his quick first step, and the ability to bend and rip his way into the backfield. Beyond just speed, he has some spectacular strength that allows him to dislodge even the biggest tackles he faces. He has no quit in him and has a few different highlights where he is able to chase down the play from the backside. He doesn’t get too far upfield and fights his way free in the run game, making him more dynamic than your typical pass rush specialist. Great trajectory so far with plenty of room to continue evolving!
