The sophomore quarterback from Colerain put up some very impressive sophomore film. Garr has really sound throwing mechanics and a quick release. He has the ability to make all the throws. He does a good job of feeling the rush and moves around the pocket well and does a great job of eluding the rush. When he scrambled he can make tight window throws on the run. Roman has a chance to explode onto the D1 recruiting scene this offseason.
