Michael Huntley | Prep Redzone Scout
Robinson had one of the best games of anyone in the State Championships and he did so while battling an injury.
The Georgia commit ran for 218 yards on 22 carries with four touchdowns in Lincoln’s win over De La Salle.
Robinson is the best running back in the state and may very well be the Southern California Player of the Year.

Lincoln flat out dominated Sierra Canyon on both sides of the ball in its regional championship game.
Robinson was the best player on the field as usual in that game. The Georgia commit ran for 181 yards on 16 carries with four touchdowns in the win.

Robinson is the best running back in the state and will be heavily used in this game.
Lincoln will need to run the ball effectively and control the clock in order to beat Sierra Canyon.
It’s important to note that Lincoln lost to Alemany earlier this season, a Southern Section team like Sierra Canyon. But this Lincoln team is much better than it was in August and Sierra Canyon better show up to play or they could easily lose.

withdrew his commitment from UCLA and immediately announced his commitment to Georgia.
He was committed to UCLA in May and Georgia offered the week before his commitment. He visited Athens last weekend and committed while still on campus.
Robinson is the top running back in California’s 2023 class and the No. 13 overall running back in the nation according to 247Sports.
He is 230 pounds and can run downhill and wiggle to make guys miss. His speed has improved over the past two years and that’s a big reason why his recruiting picked up. Robinson has shown at camps and in games that he can be a weapon in the passing game and cause matchup problems.

I typically do not like to highlight a player two weeks in a row, but Robinson had a historic game this week and deserves to be acknowledged.
The UCLA commit ran for a school-record 476 yards on 32 carries with 8 touchdowns in Lincoln’s 56-20 win over Mater Dei Catholic.
The 8 touchdowns tie a San Diego Section record.
Robinson showed a lot of class after the game crediting his coaches and his offensive line.
