Robert Shockey Robert Shockey 6'1" | 195 lbs | QB Cabell Midland | 2024 State WV jumps up to our #2 ranked QB spot and #11 overall in the 2024 Rankings after having a very good season with his new team at Cabell Midland. Shockey is a dynamic athlete that is known for his running ability but his arm is an underrated part of his game. He just picked up his first D1 offer from Army and I love that fit for Shockey if that’s where he decides to go in that offensive system. Shockey is still developing as a passer but he’s a no doubt D1 athlete who can play the quarterback position at a high level in college in the right system. I’d love to see him in an option offense in college that can showcase both sides of his quarterback abilities and he has the potential to earn some accolades at the next level for an FBS school.
