Anyone who has been around football in NYC for at least a couple of years will know who Richard Perkins Jr Richard Perkins Jr Richard Perkins Jr 6'1" | 160 lbs | WR South Shore | 2025 State NY is – he was a part of one of Canarsie’s strongest teams in 2022. In 2023 Perkins moved out-of-state and eventually returned to South Shore. Perkins Jr was the most productive WR in the PSAL this year, he is a lean WR prospect but is an exceptional athlete.
