Salas checks into our rankings as a top 5 player at his position in a loaded OL group, and inside the top 20 overall within the state. He signed with the hometown Idaho State during the first national signing day, and is a big time get for the Bengals. Salas has the ideal size and length for the tackle position with long arms, strong hands and quick feet when setting in pass protection or moving in space. He snaps out of his stance, gets inside placement quickly and is a striker that can create vertical push and finishes downfield. He still has plenty of growth potential but brings some strong initial tools with him entering into his first year this Summer.
