Jones commits to Yale, and one of the top WR prospects stays close to Hayes, heading to New Haven, Connecticut, to join the Bulldogs after this season.

His route running has risen to a high level and he showed how great his hands were. He’ll have a much bigger responsibility his junior year and he will rack up a ton of catches. I’m expecting Jones to make a huge splash this upcoming year.

It felt like every time Cardinal Hayes scored a touchdown it felt like I was tweeting out Reid Jones Reid Jones 6'2" | 195 lbs | WR Cardinal Hayes | 2025 State NY ‘ name. The 2025 receiver ran some of the best routes at the event. At 6’2 and with his speed he was consistently making plays. His hands and ball skills were probably the best I saw throughout the day. He set the tone in an early matchup against Commack. Jones went downfield and leaped higher than two defenders to come up with an incredible touchdown catch in double coverage. His next incredible play came in the intense semi-final matchup against Maloney, Jones pulled off an incredible double move where his acceleration left his defender in the dust and he hauled in a long and important touchdown.
