Rashad McNeil Rashad McNeil 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR North Penn | 2024 State PA is another legit wide receiver. McNeil might have the best hands in this article. He catches the ball very well. There is not radius to high or to low that he cannot go get the ball. McNeil also runs excellent routes and gets in and out of his breaks well. He recently picked up an offer from Lock Haven and I expect more offers to come his way.

Rashad McNeil Rashad McNeil 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR North Penn | 2024 State PA is in the same boat as many listed above. FCS schools I’m close with all inquire on the young man. The interest is obvious, yet he remains un-offered at the time of writing. Hardly anything to panic about, as the kid can get back to dominating camps once he’s healed up. Said dominant camp showings could earn him FCS offers on the spot. 4.64 GPA posted by the soon-to-be senior. I’d get connected with him ASAP.

30 receptions, 590 yards receiving, and 5 touchdowns in ten games for the North Penn pass-catcher. Rashad McNeil Rashad McNeil 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR North Penn | 2024 State PA ‘s rank took a small hit, yet it was hardly his own doing. We expected more production out of McNeil, yet Yazeed Haynes Yazeed Haynes 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR North Penn | 2023 State PA acted as the primary target of the offense. It’s impressive that McNeil was still able to put up these numbers with Haynes opposite of him. With Haynes out of the picture, I can imagine that McNeil will be ready to show off what he’s really about. McNeil fits the mold that many of the top 100 wideouts fit into, he’s a candidate to move back into the top 10 solely because of his total skillset. He’s got the hands, size, and play strength to be a prominent name in the state.

The North Penn attack was up for the challenge, producing enough offense to never let this game get out of reach. The elite combination of Ryan Zeltt Ryan Zeltt 6'4" | 210 lbs | QB North Penn | 2023 State PA and Yazeed Haynes Yazeed Haynes 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR North Penn | 2023 State PA showed up Friday night. The two connected for a fabulous throw and catch down the sideline early in the first quarter that resulted in North Penn taking an early lead. Haynes can separate at will, especially when attacking vertically. Zeltt had a great night, dealing the ball to his entire cast accurately and on time for the most part. Zeltt came away with one of the more impressive throws I’ve seen all year, one that fell incomplete. Zeltt launched a 60+ yard bomb without much of a hitch from my angle, which was led a tad too far for Haynes, a kid that is tough to overthrow. Zeltt also connected with Rashad McNeil Rashad McNeil 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR North Penn | 2024 State PA 3-4 times in the second half, each completion going for at least 15-20 yards a pop. McNeil almost came away with a nice falling catch for a touchdown and was called down at the one. Happy to see him work in person.
