Looking way back at some of our notes from the 2022 season, Hugo wide receiver Quincy Shelton Quincy Shelton 6'0" | WR/DB Hugo | 2026 State OK was one of the very first 2026 prospects we wrote about. As just a freshman, Shelton stood out and it was pretty clear even then that he was going to be one of the top guys at his position in this class. Fast forward three years and that’s certainly been the case. Shelton has always been considered one of the very best at his position. He might not get as much pub as some of the other guys in the major metro areas but he definitely belongs in the conversation with them. Just throw on the tape of the last several seasons and you see a player that is one of the better overall athletes in the state’s 2026 class.
