Marshall has come a long way since his freshman year and I was happy to see him continue to develop. He came in as a smaller player with potential but needed to develop his frame and mechanics. He’s done that and quickly turned into a sound player. He comes flying downhill and doesn’t lose the ball when it’s in the air. He had multiple receivers on lock today and batted down a few passes during the 1-on-1s. There aren’t ever enough DBs so a good one is worth their weight in gold, and Marshall is on the right track.
