His presence in the trenches made it difficult for L.D. Bell’s offense to find their rhythm. Ashe has a long, lean, athletic frame at 6’4 240 pounds, he was a disruptive force against Bell, ending the game with four sacks and his constant pressure was a key in the second half to hold Bell from scoring late in the fourth quarter.
