Beck started the last seven games of the season for San Clemente and led the Tritons to a 6-1 record during that span and a CIF championship appearance. He threw for 1450 yards with 11 touchdowns.

He has a smooth delivery and is athletic enough to scramble for big yardage. Beck has good ball placement on the deep throws and is an anticipatory thrower who can throw guys open when they don’t have a lot of separation. He has good timing on the shorter throws and hits guys right when they get out of their breaks. Beck is the son of former NFL quarterback John Beck and he has offers from BYU, Nevada and Colorado State.
