last week after adding him to the PRZ-Oklahoma Player Of The Year Watchlist. Simply put, he’s the best available running back in the state’s 2025 class and he has three years worth of film to back up that statement. As a sophomore and junior at Bartlesville, Wallace was one of the more productive running backs in Class 6A-2. This season at Muskogee, Wallace is still just as productive and is a big reason why we like the Roughers to repeat as state champs this season. Wallace has everything you’d look for in a running back prospect and he’s proven that he can be that guy for three years. We have no question marks when it comes to Wallace as a prospect who can succeed at the next level.

is that guy. He’ll join Johnson in the backfield this season and he provides the Roughers with a running back that knows how to make big plays. Wallace was a star for Bartlesville over the last two seasons and now he’s looking to elevate his game and get an opportunity to play at the next level. Wallace is a terrific playmaker and we got our first look at Wallace wearing the Muskogee green back in May and he already looked ready to go. Wallace and Johnson will be one of the best running back tandems in the state and both will take pressure off Ficklin.

moved from Bartlesville to Muskogee this offseason and as soon as he got on campus, the 1-2 punch of Wallace and Muskogee’s quarterback became arguably the top backfield in the state. Wallace has been an absolute star over the last two seasons and he doesn’t get enough attention for his ability to run hard and he’s just as likely to run over defenders as he is to run by them. With Wallace joining the reigning 6A-2 state champs, he’s hoping to play at a level that gets him noticed by coaches this fall. Wallace should be able to put up some monster numbers in the Muskogee offense and we’re looking forward to seeing the impact he has.
