I was lucky enough to get to watch Peyton live in the playoffs this season and also a couple weeks ago at the PRZ WI Showcase. That paired with the highlight reel gives me great confidence that he is leading the way for that next wave of WI OL to receive offers. Peyton has the frame, easily carrying 275 lbs with long arms. The junior trusts his feet, playing patient and then delivering powerful initial strikes. The big man makes it look too easy, walking DEs off the line of scrimmage and opening up huge holes for his RB on the right side of the Waterford OL. Tap into his highlights. The 2027 OT is putting in the work.

Peyton proved himself to be the best of the bunch at the OL position. The standout ’27 OT has made strides since we last saw him at a PRZ WI Showcase. First of all, Peyton has the massive frame you look for and at 275 lbs it still looks like there is room to add and build onto that frame. The big man distanced himself further with the flexibility and mobility he plays with at that size. Peyton can really drop his pad level and sink his hips to win the leverage battle and stop bull rushes or win in the run game. Peyton’s quick feet and reactive athleticism also shined during 1 on 1 battles, easily mirroring edge rushers and using that elite length to his advantage. The Waterford product is a name to know in this deep 2027 OL Class.

It was great to watch Peyton play live and in pads. He has an outstanding frame for the OT position, carries the 275 lbs really well, and it is easy to see room for even more. The first impressions from the night was how well Peyton moves. They got him out in space or reaching DL and in both situations it was natural for Peyton to get to his aiming points or get the proper angle on his man. While moving Peyton didn’t have to sacrifice his power either. The instant he got hands on we saw him be able to drive defenders backwards. The big man’s athleticism also looked good in pass protection where he could use that length and anchor to shut down pass rushers on the edge. Peyton is putting things together and should be a sought after recruit as the summer comes around.

Very long frame, carries his 275 lbs very well with room to add more down the road. A nimble big man who can win with positioning and leverage. Also mauls DL with his power. A kid that can win with his run blocking and pass blocking.

It was great to get an updated look at the junior OT out of Waterford. Peyton has an elite frame, with length and well filled out at 6’6″ 275 lbs. Matching his size is Peyton’s aggression and power in the run game. The junior does well getting off the line, getting hands on, and staying square on his man throughout the block. His leg drive allows him to remove defenders from gaps, and his power is so superior to his opponents that even if he doesn’t have the perfect leverage or hand placement he can still get positive movement in the trenches. This is definitely a kid to keep an eye on going through the next year.

has a long frame that is well on its way when it comes to filling out. The big man has a really good quick set into his pass pro. He is ready to absorb power from pass rushers and also strike with his hands. Peyton is nimble on his feet for being such a big OL, getting depth in pass pro, and also getting lateral or up to level two in the run game. Peyton is a technician with an elite frame. The fresh tape should get plenty of people excited.

. Peyton has been a varsity starter since his freshman year, but in 2024 is when he really started showing he is building his way towards being a D1 athlete. He has a budding, growing 6’6″ 265 lbs frame. Most importantly, the tape shows that he can play fast and react quickly at that size. Peyton’s pass protection is just as much of a strength as his run blocking where he simply overpowers and bulldozes DL off the ball. In pass pro we really see that balance as he quickly reacts to moves, and counter moves while staying square over his feet and powerful. He uses his length so well to make first contact and has the power in his hands to control the path of the rusher. I’m hoping to see Peyton in action this summer to see how he has improved since we last saw him in December.

One of the best athletes of the day was sophomore OT Peyton Schuster. Peyton is 6’6″ 267 lbs with nearly a 6’9″ wingspan and 9.75″ hands. The frame looks like that of a future D1 recruit. What solidifies that thought is how natural and comfortably Peyton plays at that size. He has excellent flexibility that allows him to play low and gain leverage even while being one of the taller kids in the group. It looked easy for Peyton to mirror the edge rushers throughout the day in 1 on 1 battles. His blend of size, athleticism, agility, and strength are some of the best in WI, especially for his Class. Get him on your boards, right now.

The young sophomore OT has a big frame that looks the part of a future D1 commit. At the showcase I’m looking forward to getting an up to date look at the 2027’s development during this past season. I want to see how well he moves in drills, flexibility, his official measurements, and also get to watch him in some live action 1 on 1 battles vs a strong stable of defensive line prospects. This should be a great stage for Peyton to make some noise on.

. The 6’4″ 265 lbs incoming sophomore is an athlete I have been wanting to get eyes on since his Head Coach put him on our radar. My initial takeaways confirmed my hopes. Peyton is building the blocks that top OT prospects have. A big frame, proper use of his length to make first contact, heavy hands that landed accurate strikes. The incoming sophomore moves that big frame decently well, but I have a feeling that is where we see the biggest jump in his development over the coming years. As he gets more comfortable with his size he is going to become even more effective in pass protection because his ability to mirror pass rush moves with lateral quickness will improve. Even now, he was able to get good depth and use that length to control where the DL went. This kid is going to pop in the coming year. Big things ahead for him.
