Waterford’s John Cramer John Cramer 6'2" | 200 lbs | LB Waterford | 2027 State WI is a massive steal at the LB position. He is a monster in the middle of the Waterford defense. John has a strong frame, yet has a ton of room to continue to fill out and get even more stronger. That will only increase the violence he plays with too. From big hits to being able to quickly get off the block of an OL. John is at his best coming downhill with a head of steam ready to stuff the run game. Paired with all the physical tools is a high football IQ that does really well reading pulling linemen and diagnosing plays. Cramer is an intriguing talent that is also producing at a very high level. Don’t miss on the 2027!

John is a heat-seeking missile on the football field. He absolutely flies around the field, showing easy range to chase down the ball sideline to sideline. The ’27 LB is outstanding with his blitzing, showing explosive acceleration along with great instincts for timing the snap. That athleticism has also allowed him to spy QBs and bring them down 1 on 1 in space. The 6’2″ 200 lbs athlete has the speed, change of direction, and length to be able to play in coverage. John also has a great sense for when to leave his initial assignment and attack the football to make a play. John has the talent to make plays within his original assignment and when things break down. Don’t sleep on the 2027 ILB.

John is an LB that far more teams need to get their eyes on. We start with a great frame to continue to pack size on to at the next level. The physical tools are very intriguing. I loved the mentality he plays with. John is looking to drive guys into the dirt when he hits them. The senior LB also does a great job of playing through traffic in the middle of the front seven. He was able to beat OL to spots with speed and also take on those blocks head on, shed and find the ball to make the stop. John is one of the most productive tacklers this season in WI and is looking like a steal.
