Parker is a cornerback that is just scratching the surface with his potential based on what I see on tape out of the 5’11 170 pounder out of Central Cass. He constantly slows his route-runner early on their route with his early jabs in press-man coverage which I surely like out of a underlcassmen. He is a cornerback to me that has growing instincts to assist in the secondary off those jabs off the top of the route and finds the ball carrier seemingly quickly. The quick trigger of this young man enlightens me even with just a few game tapes out there. Another one that has a track background which always meshes well with defensive backs in the Dakotas.
