Grill is a long and athletic offensive tackle. Considering his height, he plays with good pad level. His feet and his athleticism are strong. Where he really shined for me is in the zone stretch run game and his ability to cross the nose of the defensive end and be able to seal the edge. His feet are good enough to kick step and get the depth needed to take away the edge. Otto just needs to continue to get stronger to where he can start to finish dominantly.

Has great size and length. Can run his feet on contact and pancake defenders, create great vertical push in the run game. More of a waist bender, needs to bend at the knees and play with better leverage, but has the size and frame to get bigger, better and have potential.
