An EDGE rusher that caught my attention yet again out of Rocori was

. He was one of the more agile edge rushers in attendance based on what these eyes saw and the testing numbers tell the tale from a translation perpsective. The nearly 6’3 210 pounder ran a 4.72 40-yard dash, 4.55 in the pro agility, and was just as explosive for his szie in the triple jump. The 1v1 reps I was able to watch out of Nolan showed off that explosive get off I wanted to see as one that has elevated that skillset since last summer’s live eval as I felt he was more progressive with his hands getting off blocks with also a higher speed as well. Surely this was seen too amongst the D2 level, as he got his first offer from Bemidji State after camp.

Someone’s due for a rankings bump! Rocori has a ton of athletes on their 2025 roster, and behind the top-end stardom and talent in their senior class lies some physical, hungry, and similarly playmaking-focused juniors and sophomores that are already itching to make this Spartans team their own. One of the up-and-comers that PRZMN is growing more and more fond of is 6’3, 205 lb. junior EDGE

to see current UND true freshmen nickel and Rocori product Grant Tylutki.
The junior EDGE and TE showed he can bend the corner a bit and unlock his hips, cutting tight off a tackle’s backside in pursuit of the QB as a pass rusher, and his twitchy first step leaves OT’s feet in the mud off the snap. VanLoy also displays strong hands can chuck blockers aside when he puts his paws on an OL and locks out and extends, and he does a good job of not getting tied up around the LOS in both run and pass defense. The 205-210 pounder does a great job of shocking and shedding in run support especially, and he plays with proper edge leverage and is a physical kid who is looking to knock your head off if he can. Plus, VanLoy sports two-way versatility, as he doubles a TE with some juice after the catch, in addition to reliable hands, quick feet, and good vision. Definite name to watch for NSICs and MVFCs going into the 2027 cycle.
