at both OT and DT in the past three months. The Next Great Recruit out of the 4A, St. Cloud-area powerhouse and talent-factory, O’Neal was really shining at DL at the 2026 PJ Fleck RTB Prospect Camp on Tuesday night. The verified 6’4″+, 285 lber. really came alive and put his best cleat forward during 1v1 competition against the OL, live and fully padded, when the spotlight shone the brightest. O’Neal flashed an effectively quick get-off and pad level for his size, lateral agility and the twitch to jab-step and beat OTs to either shoulder, and a good push-pull that earned him a handful of Ws alone throughout 1v1s. Tons of pass-rushing juice, dynamic ability, and size/strength in this rising junior Rocori product. Looks like a FCS/FBS type of lineman right now, especially if he can continue to improve his quickness and explosiveness.

It was this time last summer that Rocori 2028 linemen

got on our radar at the Minnesota RTB Camp and from my lenses, had another sound showing in Dinkytown this time around. Grayson showed off to me more quickness with his foot speed than I saw a year ago. The big 6’5 285 pounder ran constructively better in testing this time around Not only was the quickness evident, Grayson also showed off more agile movement in the live eval. The reps we were able to watch verified the above as Grayson seemed swifter being able to generate power thru contact and was more fluid his moves that required him to change directions. I said it before and I’ll probably say it again, this young man should be an early offer out of this 2028 Minnesota class.

I was quite excited to see Rocori representing well at the PRZMN Spring Showcase, albiet not surprised in the least bit. Coming out of their trenches and showing up and showing out in Plymouth is 2028 Grayson O’neal, a premier lineman in MN’s 2028 class, and although his sophomore highlights primarily come at the DL position, O’neal was playing LT at the PRZMN Spring Showcase. Strong as a bull, O’neal was shut down once he got his paws on a defender, with a good base and the ability to gain depth in his pass set, as well as work laterally to handle twitch at the top of the arc. Not sure what side of the ball he best projects to, but I’m excited either way. O’neal will hold down a spot in the top tiers of the 2028 Big Board for the long haul.

I don’t know how Rocori keeps producing absolute units of offensive linemen, but O’Neal is the next one to take that mantle for the Spartans. Bringing down a pair of 7’6″ broad jump tests is no small feat for an athlete pushing 285, and the positives continued to stack up for the Northern MN prospect. He had success on both sides of the ball during the 1v1 portion of the camp, showing off a surprisingly quick get off on defense while utilizing both nasty rip and punch moves. On offense, O’Neal did a great job of keeping the defender in front of him and often had disciplined footwork and solid hand placement. Big things could be in the future for the Rocori product.
