Coming into our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase as our OL1 in the 2028 class, Nolan had a chip on his shoulder and finished as one of our few top performers in the offensive linemen group. The 6’3 nearly 260 pounder has added a sizable frame since we first named him as our OL1 adding about 20 pounds to his frame, but certainly did not lose a step with getting to watching his foot speed from Sunday as Nolan wasn’t just balanced with his footwork, you could tell he could generate power quickly with his get off. He was showed off to be most proficent with how overwhelming his hands were as they were met with pure strength at the point of attack. Nolan also popped out longer with his wingspan as you could tell from an upide perspective that he doesnt need much time to figure out how to utilize his length that I wouldn’t be surprised possibly got longer.

out of Madison. Moving from Centerville to Madison and competing in 11A, showed to be no tall-task for Nolan in in his sophomore season as Nolan showed an overwhelming presence at the point of attack and I could tell that he grew more fluid with his footwork from his freshmen season. The 6’4 240 pounder also was more persistent at getting to the second level in his sophomore season so I will be intrigued to watch how much his pad-level has grown in our live eval.

-Nolan was rated our OL1 from our initial 2028 rankings in South Dakota and with the move to the Madison Bulldogs, the 6’4 240 pound put together some intriguing film in his sophomore season.
-He surely is flying out faster with his foot speed out of his stance as in my eyes, it takes him less tim to get to the second level from a year ago with also even more balanced pad-level.
-It’s clear Nolan has also grown with his strength as on the defensive side of the ball, his maneuvering ability has improved and the violent punch has too. He has a great shot of staying as a our OL1 in the class, which is hard to do in a first class.
