There is not much doubt about it, Henry Veenhof Henry Veenhof 6'4" | 200 lbs | QB/ATH Madison | 2028 State SD of Madison will be one of my top 2028 quarterbacks in this class on this upcoming rankings update. The 6’4 190 pounder has the best arm strength you will see in this 2028 Dakotas quarterback class as a gunslinger that can let it fly on all three levels. His ability to get out of jams and extend plays with his legs with his size and athleticism is what makes Henry’s throws even more impressive in my eyes. I’ll say it early so it’s on paper, this young man should surely be an early or even the next D1 offer out of this 2028 South Dakota class.
