Another 2025 prospect who has improved mightily since we first saw him as a sophomore is Clay County’s Noah Collins Noah Collins 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB Clay County | 2025 State WV . He rewrote the Panthers’ record book during his long tenure behind center and finished his career with nearly 10,000 passing yards and 112 passing touchdowns. Collins is a phenomenal athlete who got it done with his legs and on defense and special teams as well forcing his coaches to play him as much as they could. He may not be as polished as some of the other quarterback in our rankings, but the production isn’t a fluke and there’s plenty of raw talent here for D2 programs to work with as he continues flying under college radars.
