Returning to Lakeville South, Nat Ephrem Nat Ephrem 6'2" | 260 lbs | OL/DL Lakeville South | 2027 State MN doesn’t have the same dominant size in comparison to his teammate in Hamer, but he brings plenty of power to back up his size. Ephrem’s athleticism and strength shouldn’t be ignored, posting a 275 lb max bench and an impressive 475 lb max squat, Ephrem boasts plenty of lower body strength and balance, and he moves quickly on the line, having the flexibility and hip agility to change directions and adjust his footwork quickly according to the play, while also being nimble enough to be utilized as a solid pull blocker, proving advantageous for the Cougars’ highly effective run game last season. Ephrem could see a bigger boost toward his stock with some extra bulk to garner further interest by the end of his senior season.
