A promising receiver from West Georgia who can get open and make plays down the field, George is a craft route-runner with above-average speed, reliable hands, and the ability to elude defenders down the field. He was a dependable weapon all season long and ended his strong sophomore season with 30 receptions for 533 yards and four touchdowns. He’s one of the top returning receivers in the region and has a chance to lit up the stat sheet as a junior next season. He holds offers from Kennesaw State, East Tennessee, and Georgia State and has a chance to see more come his way over the next few months.

already has an offer under his belt from Georgia State, but he is still a new name to me. George is a verified T/F athlete and plays both ways for Villa Rica. However, he projects best as a DB. He plays well within the box, rallying to the football and making physical plays on the ball carrier. He defends in-cutting route concepts well and settles into throwing lanes for easy plays on the football. George will play best as an N/S, where he can float into the box and act as a run-and-chase defender.
George is a kid people familiar with the Villa Rica program have been raving about. The 6’0 180 ATH is a natural leader on and off the field. A gym rat that is already closing in on the 300 PC mark and squats 425. He can help you on both sides of the ball but his bread and butter is at DB. Great athlete with natural instincts in the secondary. Adjusts well to the ball in flight and is not shy about delivering big hits in run support. He impressed the staff at Georgia State enough his freshman season that they extended an offer. High ceiling.
Came away impressed with George, to the point where I told National Scouting Director Al Pops about him and he’s now on the 2027 National Watchlist. He is excellent downfield, accelerating to top speed quickly and stacking on top of cornerbacks. He has excellent body control, contorting to make difficult catches and working well on back-shoulder throws. Good hands who goes up and attacks the ball to bring it in in contested catch situations.
