out of Kewaunee. On the field he is an All Region OL, All Conference DL, and a team captain. Off the field he is a heavyweight wrestler, shotput and discus thrower, and a state qualifying trap shooter. The 6’4″ 275 lbs incoming senior seems to have that innate ability to pick things up quickly and develop the traits for success at a high rate. On the field Boeder brings explosive power that has made him an overpowering run blocker and also someone who can quickly get penetration as a DL and create disruption in the backfield. No doubt Mitchell is one of the top athletes in the state when it comes to the OL/DL positions.
This is the type of kid that coaches dream about. An elite frame with strength in the trenches to match. Then give him an explosive first step in the run game and the knowledge of how to win with leverage gained from years of wrestling success. That is what you have here with Kewaunee OL Mitchell BoederMitchellBoeder

. The junior also brings outstanding range to the field. Range that helps him close quickly on level two defenders, or pull and lead across the formation. Boeder is a smooth athlete with explosive power ready to be unleashed on an opponent at any moment. Don’t overlook this talented 2026.
As an underclassman on varsity you could see that Mitchell was right on the verge of having it all come together. As a junior in 2024 it did. The ’26 OL made a huge jump in his development this past offseason. He is an easy athlete that can get up to level two or run laterally while engaged with his man. Mitchell has also developed his balance really well, allowing him to change direction or gather himself back from an awkward position while still attacking. His strength has also hit that next level. He simply overwhelms kids at the HS level now with a strong initial strike and the leg drive to run them away from the designed hole. No question the wrestling background has helped his game too, winning with leverage and understanding angles are key to his success and improvement as well. I can’t wait for him to keep making strides and watch the offers begin to come in.
Next up is another impressive lineman. The 6’4″ 240 lbs freshman worked his way up to varsity action and actually played on both sides of the line. The young athlete also earned unanimous All Conference honors as a heavyweight wrestler. Knowing that Mitchell is an accomplished wrestler, it isn’t a surprise to see that his body control and flexibility are already at a high level. Boeder is an effective puller, and he utilizes leverage well. His lateral movements are very smooth and were a key to his ability to get off blocks. Big things are ahead for Mitchell on both sides of the ball and in multiple sports.
