The senior RB was a key playmaker for the back-to-back state finalists leading the team in rushing for the second straight season with a combined 1,400 yards and 17 TDs as a multi-year starter. He’s a quick-footed back that gets square with no wasted movement and hits the lane with noticeable burst. Reinares also took a visit to Montana Tech in late November.

Reinares took a visit to NAIA Montana Tech at the end of November. The senior RB out of Mojave also added offers from McPherson, Judson, and Beloit this month after rushing for 600 yards and 7 TDs as a senior. Reinares is an underrated playmaker with the skill and athleticism to make an impact at the D-III/NAIA level.

Reinares produced explosive plays out of the backfield in Mojave’s 41-0 shutout of Western. The senior RB totaled 98 yards and 2 TDs on just 6 carries in his best showing of the season so far. He produced a highlight play on a 75-yard TD run where he showed his speed and elusiveness reversing field to avoid defenders in the backfield. Reinares- the #8 RB in PRZ NV’s 2025 rankings- leads the team in rushing averaging 7 YPC with 235 yards and 3 TDs through four games.

has some exceptional vision running the ball for Mojave. Getting upfield as quickly as he can, he wastes no time hitting the hole once he sees a little bit of a crease. With a stifling stiff arm, Reinares isn’t going to the ground easily and does a nice job of being slippery and hard for defenders to get a good grasp on. He was able to average over 106 total yards per game as a junior while finding the endzone 11 times. As he prepares for his senior year, I’d expect Reinares to take a jump in that category and find himself in the endzone more often throughout the 2024 season.
