Lewis completed 11/15 passes for 220 yards and a TD in Green Valley’s 42-40 victory over Basic. The senior QB also carried 13 times for 100 yards and 2 TDs in the win. Lewis showed enough flashes in a back up role last season to land him in the overall top-100 among Nevada’s 2027 prospects and has continued to show promising upside in his first year as starter for the Gators. He’s an athletic passer that can make plays with his legs and excels at delivering with accuracy outside the pocket. Lewis is an intriguing junior QB to keep an eye on the rest of the season.
