The Rockets defense as a whole didn’t have a great night but one shining star was the play up front by Boone. From the 1st quarter till the final whistle, Boone’s motor never slowed down and I appreciated seeing that kind of effort from him even with the outcome already settled. His lower body explosion and strength were excellent as well as his get-off. The Red Hawks offensive line had a hard time dealing with Boone as he would consistently get out of his stance fast, get skinny and into the backfield before anybody could get hands on him. It was an excellent individual performance in a loss and one that will make me look harder at Boone moving forward.

Very good hand usage, Boone shows good grip strength and length with great placement to get control of offensive lineman. He displays good balance and core strength making him tough to move.
