After being a huge part of the River Rouge offense for the last few years, McKale has finished up his career of high school football. He now sets his sights on the Stock Up Showcase to give his stock another bump here in the postseason! McDowell is a dynamic playmaker who is probably underrated as a passer. He will have ample opportunity to pair that with some eye popping testing numbers. I expect McDowell to be in the running for an MVP title this weekend.

McKale is a severely underrated Quarterback. Granted, McKale can be a bit inconsistent, but when he’s at his best, there’s no stopping him. I watched when during Week 1 of last season, McKale nearly led River Rouge to an incredible upset against Belleville. Although Rouge came up short, I was incredibly impressed with McKale’s composure, confidence, and grit in the big moments. In addition, I was impressed with McKale’s on-time passing and his ability to make good, calculated decision with the football. I know that McKale has the ability to make just about any pass in any situation, and he’s able to use his feet to earn yardage when needed. I honestly have no idea why McKale hasn’t earned many (if any) offers, but just speaking on skill, he deserves some opportunities. With just a bit more all-around consistency, he’ll be a late-bloomer prospect.

I am shocked by the lack of college interest I’ve seen in

. Last season against Belleville, I watched as McKale went to war and nearly led the team to victory against a top-25 program in the country. McKale has the legs to be a true dual-threat at the next level, he has the leadership to lead a team, and he has good enough accuracy and arm talent to make just about any throw. I also remember being very coachable and putting in great work at Legacy. At this point, he should not count D2 out, but I still believe in his Division 1 upside.
