It’s always fun to see Jaylen Pitts Jaylen Pitts 6'7" | 360 lbs | OL River Rouge | 2025 State MI play football. He was his typical self yesterday. As long as he got hands on a defender, that defender wasn’t going anywhere. For his size, he’s always moved surprisingly well, and he’s got the tenacity + power to be a dominant college lineman. I’m not too sure why his recruitment has dried up, but I hold strong in saying he’s a Division 1 talent.

I hope Jaylen can get himself on a great D2 or D1 roster and develop. Seriously, the sky is the limit for Jaylen, and it always has been!

Pitts absolutely has the wow factor at over 360 lbs, and standing tall around 6’7. Jaylen just absolutely overwhelms his opponents physically, as there is no shedding him. Once he locks on, you are at his mercy until the whistle. From the RT position, he seems extremely comfortable getting out the 2nd level, and bulldozing a path for the ball carrier. In passing situations he is a patient blocker who keeps a wide and strong base, and when the defender makes a mistake, he washes them down, sometimes taking other defenders out in his path. Overall, I really like the way he has blended skill and size, and I have a feeling he is going to lay waste to a lot of defenders this fall. He will be must see in 2024!

Jaylen Pitts is a 6’7″ tackle from River Rouge

Still a raw prospect in many accounts, Jaylen Pitts has amazing physicals. I’m not sure what his wingspan is, or other notable measurements that can be telling of a lineman’s potential, but 6’7″ is a great place to start.

He’s a dual-sport athlete in Basketball and Football, and has a Football offer from Akron.
