Offensively, Maxton projects best as a running back but is really the type of player you can find all kinds of ways to give the ball to in an offense. He sees the field extremely well, has explosive burst when hitting his gaps, and can shake defenders in the open field. At 5’10” and 185 lbs, Maxton has a sturdy frame that can also absorb contact from defenders and the balance/power to stay upright. Maxton’s intense motor carries over to the defensive side of the ball, where he shows great pursuit and closing speed to arrive in a flash.
