has been an integral part to the Panthers first win(s) in the last two seasons, bringing real-deal playmaking and scoring ability to the table from the RB spot. Elliott popped off a 4.68 laser-verified 40, 4.39 short-shuttle, and 9’1 broad to showcase exactly how he breaks so many tackles and gains so many yards, as well as how he managed an 11.35 100M last outdoor track & field season. The Century junior was in serious contention for overall MVP of Session 1, and he owned one of the most dynamic and well-rounded skillsets in attendance, not to mention explosive. Could cut on a dime, fluid in all settings, and could create and exploit space in drill work and 1v1 settings. Elliott added a couple ridiculous, highlight-reel-worthy catches throughout 1v1s to put a cherry on top of his PRZMN Spring Showcase performance. NSIC schools should come calling ASAP.

Max surely didn’t take long to be a standout at our Prep Redzone Minnesota Showcase last Saturday, as he started off with a 4.68 40-yard dash on lasers, that tells you everything you need to know about him from a speed perspetive. Not only was the speed there for the taking, but Max showed off the springy movement you want to see at the running back position. That 40-yard dash caught my attention, but he surely wasn’t done showing off his change of direction, which right now Max is #1 overall in the country at our PRZ showcases with his pro agility number, which was an absurd 5.92. The 5’10 181 pounder from Rochester Century showed off his elusive movement from start to finish at our showcase as one that can get seperation in a hurry with his pull-away acceleration. There’s surely been recent RBs out of Rochester that boosted the backfield at the college-level and it appears to me that Max should be next up on that list. Surely a scholarship-level graded RB in my eyes that’s an offer quickly type target.

One of the most promising ball carriers out of the class of 2027, Elliott has me very excited to watch his junior campaign this fall. A crafty RB, Elliott possesses some of the best vision out of any backs in his class. He has a knack for finding cutback lanes as soon as they develop, and he hits them frequently to devastating effect. He runs incredibly hard and can break tackles reliably at the second and third level. He’s got some upside catching swing passes out of the backfield as well. He only played in 6.5 games last fall, so with a complete junior season, Elliott could go on a tear.
