Blasing is a true field safety that can operate the entire back end of the field and has outstanding range, closing speed and ball skills in space with plus return abilities as well. He is a very high IQ kid that baits quarterbacks into bad throws before closing in on the ball, and shows fluid hips in transition while breaking quickly to ball carriers in run support and is able to come in and clean up in the box. Blasing is a true middle of the field safety and should excel at the next level at the D3+ level, and is a no brainer college caliber prospect that has been flying under the radar through out his career.
