is one of the top players in the class regardless of position. At wide receiver he’s a matchup nightmare with his longer frame. His hands are strong at the point of attack and his routes and initial burst allow him to blow by defenders. When he’s hauling in grabs he’s so smooth and fluid which also stood out. On defense he’s a rangy ball hawking corner. He seems comfortable in both man and zone coverage but I liked what he showed with Zone coverage a lot more. Gregory is also a physical player when tackling capable of forcing fumbles and making hard tackles in the run game. Gregory holds 7 offers the biggest of the bunch being Missouri, Florida State, and Penn State.

Three catches on the night, two of which had OJR fans hype on the sideline. Early into this ball game, Gregory showed off the chemistry he and Corey Schock

have built, working well with his QB after a play broke down. You can find the highlight below, the top-five wideout hauling in a 45-yard bomb to open up play in this game. Gregory has the burners to torch a defense at any given moment. The linear speed, the ability to accelerate past DB regardless of on/off coverage pre-snap. I’ll admit, there aren’t many District One DBs that can handle a perimeter threat like this one. A secondary is going to have to stay on it’s toes and send safety help with each passing reps. Dealing with Graham is enough of a hassle, having to deal with Gregory’s ability to strike at any moment is overkill. Just before halftime, Gregory and Schock would take advantage of an asleep secondary and break coverage for a walk-in 85-yard catch. Like I mentioned with Mekhi Graham

, Gregory also mans a DB position, #5 hardly comes off the field. OJR was led by Graham all night long, the program had no problem handing the ball off to their star back 25+ times. Despite the game plan, Gregory was able to affect the game positively and provide Schock with a vertical threat each passing down.

. Gregory now holds a stamp of approval out of Penn State University, his premier track numbers (10.6 100M, 21.5 200M) making Gregory an easy sophomore to offer. 3.5 GPA, look for the Buffalo’s and Rutgers’ of the world to make a play on Gregory at some point in the future. I think there’s a real chance Syracuse and Penn State like Gregory at DB, despite the majority of his quality reps coming while aligned at wideout. Check out a pair of highlights below.

, who graded out similarly to Graham, who holds a Power Four offer under his belt. I won’t go as far as to say Gregory is equally deserving of FBS attention, yet I’d say the young wideout is on that path. 6’2, 175 pounds, 3.5 GPA. The OJR coaching staff can count on two-way reps out of

, with Gregory showing off corner reps on tape. Gregory is a strider, an easy one at that, so stationing Gregory on the perimeter to run with nines downfield is a smart choice on behalf of the staff. Gregory projects to the wideout position when evaluating his skillset for next-level ball. Physical, can deflect and negate jabs and attempts to move him off his path. Can glide out of his stance, tough to keep up with his gait once it opens up after 15 yards. Graham and Gregory are going to be a formidable duo at Flynn’s disposal this coming Fall.

Number One Option as a FR, Two-Way Capabilities
Will provide a deeper eval at a later time. In hindsight, I’d have no problem ranking Gregory inside the Top75. Currently sits at 93 but man is this kid talented beyond his years. Carries #1 wideout size, carries a #1 wideout stride off the LOS out of his stance. 450 yards of production, doing so while working nines, posts, and screens alike. Good acceleration skills for a 6’1 body, can maintain speed while tracking the football downfield. Reminds me a bit of Danny Dyches Danny Dyches 6'4" | 185 lbs | WR Souderton | 2024 State PA / Rashad McNeil Rashad McNeil 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR North Penn | 2024 State PA , yet he’s still just a freshman. Watch for a deeper eval coming later, excited to identify his talents a bit early. Exemplary DB reps too.
