Matthew has a great opportunity to move up a handful of QB spots based on what his upside shows on tape. His bread and butter is on intermediate routes as Matthew shows off good precision getting his wide receiver a good lead on the ball which stretches from over the middle of the field to the edges. I would like to see him ball placement develop with his arm talent placing of his throws outside when inside the red zone going for the end zone to give his WR a spot where only he can get it easier. The arm strength is there for Matthew to surely become a three level thrower as he has a good shot to move up in this 2027 ND class of quarterbacks.
