Thulin stands out immediately with prototypical next-level size at 6’5″ and 275 pounds and great length to his frame. Matt plays with great bend in his hips and has the strength in his base to drive defenders off their spots and into the dirt. Aggressive at the point of attack with powerful hands that stay ready to jab and stun his opponents on impact. Matt does a good job keeping his head on a swivel, making sure to look for more blocks downfield after he’s already planted his initial assignment. Good lateral mobility and short area burst with the ability to climb and seal off second-level defenders easily.
