is a true dual threat quarterback. He is really good in the QB-designed run game. He does a good job on QB power, zone read, and veer option plays. He is a good athlete playing quarterback. He is very good at sprint-out game where he can sprint out and throw on the run. Quaker is good at scrambling around and making plays all over the field. Quaker recently picked up an offer from Mansfield for football and track. He should have different options to play football.

Top ten quarterback prospect based on elite production and phenomenal athleticism. Incredible work ethic that’s going to have him camping at numerous events throughout the Spring and Summer. Fabulous track runner, qualifying for states in the 300m hurdles this past week. Phenomenal effort in the weight room has the junior passer squatting 425+ pounds, pressing 315+ to boot. One of the tougher prospects in the state to outwork, no matter what you see or think seeing him in shorts and a t-shirt, circle his name and watch the tape.

Someone that fellow PRZPA scout Pat Weider Pat Weider 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR/DB Muhlenberg | 2025 PA recently covered in February. I agree with Pat’s assessment. A very good dual threat quarterback that fits an RPO offense very well, good, accurate arm, can throw the ball on the run at a quality level as well. The only thing that has probably held him back from being a bigger prospect, is no pun intended, is his size. But in today’s game where we’ve seen smaller quarterbacks succeed more and more, that shouldn’t be a deterrent.

Tough to pick anyone else when even speaking on West Perry. Quaker would be the first to tell you, the undefeated start isn’t solely on his shoulders. That being said, Quaker is a legitimate player-of-the-year candidate. When I think of the elite dual-threat producers in the state, the first name that comes to mind is

. He’s got the West Perry ship on a steady course. Tough to keep count, I believe Quaker has accounted for 26 touchdowns this Fall, not counting the week that just passed. If I were to guess, he probably put up 3-4 in this last outing as well. I’m hardly surprised by anything this kid puts out anymore.

has done this year in all honesty. Quaker dominated our camp this past Spring, putting him squarely in our sites. He hasn’t disappointed, scoring 11 touchdowns in just three games this year. His rank was already solid for a debuting prospect, said rank is going to skyrocket if he continues to tear through defenses this way.
