Curran wasn’t someone I was familiar with when showing up for an in-person scout of Mount Vernon at Solon during Week 3 of the 2025 season. I left the field intrigued by what his potential after watching him in warmups and during the contest. He caught five passes for 40 yards in a game where offense was at a premium for the Mustangs. Curren boasts a frame and skills that make him a threat in the passing game. He’s a tough matchup as someone who can win balls with physicality and athleticism. Curran appears to just be scratching the surface of what he can become as a player, which should be attractive to scouts on the next level.
