didn’t receive his UGA offer as recently as the rest of the guys on this list, Rawlins actually received his Georgia offer back in January of this year, but he did recently commit to the Bulldogs. Rawlins is approaching his senior season and is looking to have yet another fantastic year. Rawlins is absolutely talented with the ball in his hands and will be a major force for his team’s offense this year.

One of the most productive pass-catchers in Georgia, Rawlins is an explosive pass-catcher who can stretch the field and find the end-zone anytime he has the football. Ranked as the No. 9 WR prospect in the state, the Sandy Springs native committed to the Bulldogs over the weekend after his big official visit. The Mount Vernon playmaker shined all season long as a junior last season, catching an impressive 67 passes for just under 1,400 yards and 17 touchdowns, averaging about 21 yards per catch. He’s one of the best across Georgia and chose the Bulldogs over Ohio State, Arkansas, among others.

I watched Rawlins before his breakout this past year at Mount Vernon. His play as a junior helped him tack on a handful of FBS offers during the season, and I am expecting more to come his way this offseason. Rawlins has the juice and suddenness to separate in his routes and after the catch. There are also spectacular catches in traffic littered on his tape. Rawlins broke the seal as a junior, which should yield plenty of recruiting attention this offseason.

One of the more underrated receivers in the Atlanta area, Rawlins is a dynamic pass-catcher with dependable hands and the ability to pick up big yards after the catch. He shows quick feet and knows how to create easy separation from defensive backs. He gets open with ease, and once he has the ball, he’s looking to score. He’s one of the fastest players in the region and was tough to cover all season long. As a junior this fall, the playmaking wideout hauled in 60 passes for an impressive 1,225 yards and 15 touchdowns. He hit the 100-yard mark in every game but one, and that one game he had 98 yards. He also scored a touchdown in every game but one during the regular season. He earned his 4th D1 offer this week from Georgia Southern and more are likely to come his way.

A sleeper wide receiver to know in Atlanta, Rawlins is a promising pass-catcher who can really run and play the football in the air. He tracks the ball well, shows soft hands, and can win his fair share of jump-balls. He’s been tough to stop all season long as he’s made 31 catches for 631 yards and seven touchdowns. He’s reached the 95-yard mark in every game and has gone over the 110-yard mark in four of his five games. He’s also scored a touchdown in every game but one. His best game so far came against BEST Academy where he hauled in six passes for 162 yards and three touchdowns. He’s been one of the more productive receivers in the region through the first half of the regular season.
