This is now the second camp over the last couple of weeks where Mack Beschorner Mack Beschorner 5'11" | 180 lbs | DB West Fargo Sheyenne | 2028 State ND of West Fargo Sheyenne showed why he’s one of the best defensive backs in the state of North Dakota in the 2028 class. He imipressed me with his shack and shade techniques at the USF Prospect Camp which shows now at back to back camps how well-rounded Mack is becoming at the defensive back position. He showed off the physical hands you wanted to see when he got off blocks and the eruption with his pursuit angles down to the ball carrier on the numerous reps I got to watch. Mack is surely one that is making a case to be our DB1 before the fall season starts up.

Mack is our DB2 in the 2028 North Dakota class as he surely looked like he’s elevated his game even more since our last live eval at a college camp. The 5’11 180 pounder from West Fargo Sheyenne was one of the more well-rounded 2028 defensive backs from my eyes as Mack’s grown with a plethora of his skillsets since the Coo Falls Prospect Camp last summer. His footwork showed off the fluid change of direction you wanted to see in the reps I watched. He showed off commanding angles with his ball-tracking ability upfield in the reps I watched and I felt the reps got better time after time the more I watched. Surely a 2028 to watch for this fall that should be a solid junior campaign in the Mustangs secondary.

I got a live eval on Mack at the Sioux Falls Prospect Camp last summer, and there I thought he was one of the best underclassmen defensive backs that was in attendance. That live eval stuck with me to place him as our DB2 in the ND 2028 class and now that he has tape, I feel the ceiling gets higher for Mack this summer. His footwork intrigues me for his age and what intrigues me even more is when he releases down to the ball as the 5’11 183 pounder from West Fargo Sheyenne surely has some of the best range you will see in this 2028 ND class in the defensive back group. As a coach’s kid, he has great vision and what I saw last summer in Sioux Falls, was the instincts which doesn’t take long to appear on tape for Mack. His junior tape just came out a couple weeks back, and surely he’s one that colleges should track this summer out of this 2028 group.

I got the chance to watch Mack over the summer at the USF prospect camp as he was one of my favorite underclassmen defensive backs in attendance. The West Fargo Sheyenne athlete, showed off encourgaging ball skills in pass coverage for his age and was adaptable to the coaching he received being able to quickly put it into fruitition. The 5’10 175 pounder also played with elite range for his measurables as you can tell this kid is not done developing his football IQ for his football future.
