Despite playing a limited sample, Elkhorn South’s Luke Carver Luke Carver 6'4" | 280 lbs | OL Elkhorn South | 2027 State NE left a huge impression after some solid DL tape. Luke saw time at DE and DT, but I think he projects best as a defensive tackle who can dominate on the interior defensive line. Luke is quick out of his stance and does a great job shooting with his hands, showing power and effective placement. Once engaged, he maintains a consistent pad level and can use his base to anchor on a block or drive linemen off the ball. Very strong player who can use all of his 6’4″, 280-pound frame to generate an overwhelming bull rush, leading to him collapsing the pocket when rushing the pass or destroying inside run games.
