Day really heated up this offseason picking up offers from Northern Arizona, San Jose State, Oregon State and New Mexico among others.

He is one of eight players from California in San Diego State’s 2027 recruiting class and the third offensive lineman.

Day was named Foxtrot League offensive lineman of the year last season and has risen up into the top 25 offensive linemen in the state according to Prep Redzone’s rankings.

He also has offers from Dartmouth, Penn, Cal Poly, UNLV, Brown, Cornell, San Diego State, Yale and Northern Arizona among others.

Day has been heating up lately with offers from Yale and Cornell recently and has set up an official visit to San Diego State.

He earned First Team All-Foxtrot League honors as a junior and also has offers from San Diego State and Penn among others.

Day checks into our rankings update as a top 25 player at his position in a loaded OL class across southern California and is a very impressive offensive tackle. He is very athletic for the position and moves well out of his stance with natural bend and hip/ankle mobility in his stance. Day is a true mauler with a violent inside punch, leg drive through contact and finish abilities while excelling at pulling across thee LOS and cutting off at the second level in space. He is patient in pass protection while able to anchor and not over-set and is not passive and always looking for work in the pocket. He should draw plenty of FBS/FCS interest/offers down the stretch here after having a breakout Junior season.
