Vialpando is monster two-way player for Columbine. Measures in at 6’1 170-pounds. The RB/LB/S had 64 carries for 390 yards with 5 touchdowns, 3 receptions for 60 yards and 1 touchdown, 75 total tackles (58 solo, 17 assisted), 1 TFL, 1 sack, and 3 PD. Vialpando has very good athletic ability due to very good balance, speed, change of direction, acceleration, lateral agility, and good jumping. Offensively, he has very good vision and in turn very good inside running. Picks, slides, and accelerates into the open hole. Smooth cuts. Good outside running. Vialpando consistently gains yards after contact. He’ll spin and stay on his feet avoiding tackles or uses his very good stiff arm or trucking to gain yardage as well. It takes multiple defenders to take him down. Defensively, he has very good read and reaction time. Smooth back pedal in coverage with good block shedding. Vialpando has very good tackling and range. He’s very physical and a hard hitter. I thoroughly enjoyed watching his film, and this kid will be a stud at the next level.
