Cookeville has become a natural pipeline for developing young offensive line talent and Liam Mittlesteadt Liam Mittlesteadt 6'4" | 285 lbs | OL Cookeville | 2030 TN is the newest name to know inside the program as he enters the high school ranks.

He has an excellent frame at 6-foot-4 and a listed 285 pounds.

He maintains good positioning when he identifies his assignment and keeps his legs churning throughout the play, consistently moving defensive lineman downfield and out the path of the play.

He is an excellent run blocker with his ability to move people and open rushing lanes, something his team capitalized on by running behind him.

While he is a great run blocker, it will be TBD on his pass-blocking ability — not that he can not it, simply have not seen any reps in that department personally. However, he has the size, length and athleticism to project as a solid pass protector at least.

EXPECTED ROLE IN 2026: He should be able to make an immediate impact along the offensive line for Cookeville this fall and be a long term anchor for their trenches.
