. Coming in as the #63 player in Maryland and the 11th ranked DB in the state, he’s ready to see how he stacks up against some of PA’s best.
Diggs excelled as a freshman, showing the ability to cover a lot of ground in the secondary and disrupt passing lanes. With sharp instincts and the ability to get his head around in time to break up passes, he’s a true playmaker on the back end. It’ll be exciting to see how he fares against the camp’s top wideouts.

Diggs moves with surprising ease for his size (6 3). His highlights show his smooth transitions and his ability to open up and run with receivers downfield. Diggs shows his instincts and football IQ in zone coverage by reading the quarterback’s eyes, understanding route combinations, and making quick breaks on the football. His coverage against slant and fade routes in his highlights gives a glimpse of those abilities. Diggs also shows physicality in run support. There’s one play where he shed the block of the receiver and helped on a tackle against a back near the line of scrimmage. His man-coverage reps’ sample size is limited, making it hard to assess his man-to-man coverage skills fully. He is a long, athletic corner with a high ceiling. Diggs will have much time to showcase his man-to-man coverage skills during summer camps on college campuses.
