Just behind Whiting when it comes to sacking the quarterback, College has the ability to beat guys with both his speed and his power. Often too quick for physical offensive linemen but too powerful for the agile linemen, the senior-to-be will be a handful for any offensive coordinator the Falcons play this season. His power and low hips allow him to be effective even when double-teamed. When I saw him live last season, he completely wrecked the Chanhassen offensive line – picking up three of his season total of 8.5 sacks. Two of those sacks came on consecutive plays, and the third was on third down. Not just a pass rusher, College is a physical run defender who keeps his hips low and holds up at the point of attack.

One of the top performers among the DL was one of the top 2024 DL from Minnesota. Langden is a 6’4″ 224 lbs DL with excellent athleticism. The long athlete broad jumped 10’1″, vertical jumped 33.4″, and ran a blazing 4.53 40 yard dash. All are exceptional numbers for a DE. On tape, Langden looks the part of a potential D1 prospect. He uses his length to create separation from OL. His first step and overall speed allow him to run the loop around the edge to the QB. He has shown lateral agility that has made OL completely whiff. His motor also stands out as he chases down plays. There are so many traits to unleash and develop with Langden. He holds an offer from North Dakota, and earned another offer from Mankato following the camp.

is no exception. The senior edge rusher out of Armstrong does a great job at getting on a blocker’s hip, preventing them from squaring him up or driving him back. Whenever he did this on film, a tackle for loss was bound to happen, regardless of whether College was in on it or not. For the pass rush, College uses his long arms to get fully extended, then accelerates with unbelievable speed to track down any scrambling quarterbacks. This utilization of his 6-foot-4, 230 pound frame to plug up running lanes, pursue the quarterback, and shoot gaps when they are open showcases versatility that should translate swimmingly at the next level.

is off to a good start this offseason and earned D1 offer #1 on February 10th from the Northern Iowa Panthers. It was a great move by UNI, who recruit the city of Minneapolis and its surrounding suburbs very well, and College also checked out Iowa State in March and earned a junior day invite from the Golden Gophers a couple of days ago. At 6’4, 220, College is quick, closes and gets off the ball with speed, and impacts the run and pass game in every game he plays in. His junior film is unedited and needs some work, but it’s still obvious he’s a good athlete at the position with the natural skillset to get after the QB in college. I’m excited to see who is next to throw their name in the mix for College. His older brother is a freshman, walk-on WR at South Dakota as well.

College tallied two straight sacks from the defensive end position. Quick more than powerful, he later made a tackle on the edge for a short loss. He collected a third sack when he ran down the quarterback from behind on third down. He forced a running back inside, allowing Smith to make the tackle.
